A Few Questions

The Liberty Warehouse, 260 Conover Street, in Red Hook, Brooklyn — out on Pier 41, at the water’s edge. Ceremony, cocktails and reception are all in one place, so you won’t be moving between venues. The address and a map are on the Schedule page.

Please arrive by 5:00 PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 — Liberty Warehouse is a large space, so allow time to find the entrance and your seat. Valet parking opens at 4:30 if you're driving.

At 11:00 PM. The full run of the evening is on the Schedule page, along with a calendar file you can add to your phone.

Formal attire — think iconic NYC dance the night away vibes! Long dresses, suits, dark suits or tuxedos are all welcome.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors on the water — if it doesn't cooperate, we move inside. Either way, bring a coat: it's cool on the harbor in late March.

Yes! There will be a cocktail hour with plenty of hors d'oeuvres and a seated dinner at the reception. No need to eat beforehand.

Yes! A full open bar runs through cocktail hour and reception.

Yes, shuttles run from our hotel blocks to and from the venue on the wedding day. Even if you are not staying at the hotels and need a ride, you are welcome to join us! We will be collecting a list of all individuals who anticipate taking the shuttles. Times and pickup points will be shared closer to the date.

By car. Red Hook has no subway station, so taxis, Uber and Lyft are the practical choice.

Valet parking is complimentary and opens at 4:30 PM at the venue. Pull up to the door and leave the car with the valet!

We’ve reserved room blocks at three hotels in Lower Manhattan. Please book through the links on the Hotels page. The discounted rates may not show if you book with the hotel directly.

Yes. There will be a Welcome cocktail event on Friday evening at The Smyth and an after-party once the reception finishes on Saturday. Details for both will follow closer to the date. We’re not hosting anything on Sunday, so you’re free to travel home whenever suits you!

Liberty Warehouse is a wheelchair accessible venue. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any accessibility concerns, and we'll gladly confirm the details with the venue.

Plus-ones and children are indicated on the formal wedding invitation. We want to make your night as fun and stress free as possible. Please reach out with any questions or if you need assistance finding a babysitter!
